This unique location was specifically selected for its unique microclimate that allows the grapes to obtain the perfect concentration of sugar while maintaining acidity, according to the seller and his consultants who aided in planning the vineyard. Approximately 30 acres in size, planted in Cab Franc, Petite Verdot, Petit Syrah and French Syrah with a history of strong production.
