When first arriving one enters the home through a dramatic, oversized Mahogany pivot door with a custom-made brass handle that sets the tone for the rest of the aesthetic. A focus on natural woods and stones highlighting the rooms based with new Mapei concrete flooring. This residence caters to hospitality, with three kitchens tailored for an array of dining possibilities. The oversized corner lot has been transformed to look and feel like a boutique resort with ample space for guests to congregate. A plethora of native desert cacti and trees were planted to give an oasis feel to the grounds. Hand-made, reclaimed, vintage and antique materials were sourced from all over the world to complete the vision.
