This well regarded winery has 6 acres of producing vineyards and all the equipment necessary to produce outstanding wines as a turnkey operation. There are 5 separate buildings including a private residence (2388 Sq. Ft.), a multi-purpose workshop/winery (3400 Sq. Ft.) which includes upstairs a 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest quarters with kitchen and patio. There is a small lab and olive processing building (120 Sq. Ft.), a public tasting room for sampling and sales, (840 Sq. Ft. plus an 800 Sq. Ft. patio) and a private wine cave for storage and aging of wine products (1400 Sq. Ft.).There is a 10kWe solar installation mounted on a stand alone elevated structure. The winery building is provided with electrical power from three different sources. There is a 200 Amp service, 480 volt 3-phase power available for operation of the chiller, well and other 3-phase equipment, and a permanent generator with fuel tank that can support all requirements. There is city water and well water to the property. There are 3 separate 10,000 gallon water tanks located high on the property. There are 2 electric meters in addition to the solar structure. All main structures on the property are permitted as required by the County of San Diego.
