Original 1913 brass door hardware was removed, taken to a business specializing in brass restoration. Door knobs polished & tarnish removed. Next, brass was taken to a business & a clear coat on brass was applied to prevent tarnishing.

Lath plaster walls, Crown & Base Moulding. Some repairs to lath & plaster had to be done with drywall.
